1. Submit your organization's application on-line for approval. Your application is reviewed to ensure that your organization holds a non-for-profit IRS designation. Your organization must be recognized by the Internal Revenue Service as tax-exempt under 26 U.S.C. 501(c)3. You will receive an e-mail confirmation that your application has been approved or denied.
  2. Once your organization application has been approved you will receive an e-mail from the Athletic Department with your username and password.
  3. Once your organization receives your access information, log-into the system and submit your request for an Athletic Department representative to speak to your group or for charitable item(s) for your organization. You will receive an e-mail confirmation that your request has been approved or denied. In addition, you may also log-into the system at anytime to check the status of your request.
  4. Please do not submit a request if your event is two weeks or less away.
